| Chandigarh Capitale du Penjab et de l'Haryana est la ville indienne construite par Le Corbusier apres l'indépendance de l'inde. Suite à la partition, la capitale du Punjab Lahore se trouve du côté Pakistanais. Il faut une capitale à sa dimension, à cet état qui est l'un des plus riche du pays. Par la volonté de Nerhu, Chandigarh doit etre un signe fort pour montrer que l'inde, sortie de la colonisation, est en marche vers le progrés. Une ville construite entierement dans les rizieres ou vivent aujourd'hui 1,5 millions d'habitants. Une ville considérée par les indiens comme la ville ou on vit le mieux dans tous la pays. Ce film realisé pour installation dans l'expo Le Corbusier en Inde présenté au musee de Tourcoing pour Lille3000 du 14/10/06 au 14/10/07 . Ce film diffuse sur un ecran de 3 m de base faisait face à un écran de memetaille diffusant un fautre film de 50mn de travelling dans la ville en taxi, bus train, rick shaw.... Les spectateurs pouvaent s'installer dans des 3 Ricshaw garés entre les 2 ecrans.

ON THE TRAIL OF LE CORBUSIER |
I visit Chandigarh to see the houses and the principal emblematic buildings. I was very surprised to see that the they form part of the identity of the people, I am very proud about the way an architect can influence in the life of other people, modifying it for the better, I also feel good about undertaking an investigation that spreads everything in reference to the city, because there is not a much information about the buildings constructed here, only the important ones have been published and the others have been left aside, there is a divorce between the F.L.C and Chandigarh.
Le Corbusier took responsibility for the overall master plan of the
city, and the design of some of the major public buildings including
the High Court, Assembly, Secretariat, the Museum and Art Gallery,
